Please include a note in your return package with your name, reason of return and bank details so we can refund your order. The return and Exchange of an article is only possible when the article:

• Is in undamaged state,
• Is not worn and/or used,
• Includes the original packaging. Rocky Rosa reserves the right to refuse returned items.

The shipping cost are the customers expense. 
Exchange for customers in the Netherlands
If you wish to exchange your order for another item please send it back to us. Include a note in your return package with your name and address, saying which size you need and we can check if we have a different size or model in stock for you. Sale items, special orders and custom jewelry can not be exchanged.Earrings may not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic purposes under any circumstances.When you send a package back to us, please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

Exchange for customers outside of the Netherlands
Incase you need a different size. Please send back your order including a note with your name, reason of return and bank details we will refund your order so you can order a different size in the webshop. 
Sale items, special orders and custom jewelry can not be exchanged.
Earrings may not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic purposes under any circumstances.

Damaged itemsWhen your item is delivered faulty or damaged please notify us within 48 hours from date of receipt. You can use the contact form on our website or email at info@rocky-rosa.com. We will contact you about the return policy.

Cancellation
Rocky Rosa allows a cancellation time window of 24hrs. If you need to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hrs. Many items are custom made and once production has started, they cannot be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding. 

Refund
The refund (minus shippingcosts) will take place after receipt and inspection within 30 days.

Yes you can wear stainless steel in water. It is water resistant and won's easily tarnish. But for long exposure to water or harsh chemicals like chlorine it can have some effect over time. Dry your pieces after exposure to water.
