Our jewelry is made of surgical steel (stainless steel). This material makes the jewelry suitable for people with a metal allergy. Our gold jewelry has an 18 carat gold plating and our silver jewelry has a 925 sterling silver plating. On top of that comes a special coating, which makes our jewelry waterproof, hypoallergenic & suitable for people with metal allergies and does not discolour.
This all ensures that our jewelry remains beautiful over time and keep their shine forever. We want you to wear your favourite jewelry for as long as you want! That is why we are proud and happy to give a 1-year warranty on our jewelry under normal use. Our warranty only covers material and manufacturing defects.
Unfortunately, we do not guarantee:
- Breakage and/or deformation (unless it is a demonstrable production error).
- Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse or mishandling.
- Discoloration due to the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hair spray.
- Discoloration due to high acidity of the skin.
- Damage due to incorrect use of stainless steel and/or brass polishes.
Your jewelry piece will be repaired or replaced for free, if it falls within the terms of warranty. If the jewelry is repaired by third parties, the jewelry can't be returned.
